The Epson PowerLite Home 20 home theatre projector features a 480p native resolution. It is a three-LCD projector that will satusfy most of your home cinema and gaming desires. 

It's pretty small, and that itself is a boon, if you consider wifey's precious interior decor. You have decent brightness levels with 1200 ANSI Lumens and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. That is good enough for most people. 

The Epson PowerLite Home 20 has a 3LCD system which is developed as an alternative to DLP projection systems and is jointly developed by Epson, Hitachi, Panasonic, Sanyo, Fujitsu and Sony. Overall, the quality of the images are reasonable by home theatre projector standards. 

The Epson Powerlite Home 20 projector also has a short-throw beam, which means that you can achieve a 80" image from just 6.6 feet away. The projector lamp is supposed to last for 3000 hours and the projector features inputs for component video, VGA and composite video.
