Kodak Easyshare V570 dual lens camera launched

Kodak Easyshare v570, a new dual lens digital camera is in the market. The new camera was launched by Kodak at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas today. The Kodak Easyshare v570 is pegged as the world's first dual lens digital still camera.
There are two lenses in the Kodak Easyshare v570, one a 23 mm lens and the other a 39-117 mm lens, which is he equivalent of a 5X zoom lens.
Both the lenses of the Kodak Easyshare v570 can be accessed by the user with the zoom button.
According to Carolyn Walsh of Kodak, today's photographers expect more from the camera. They need high-performance digital cameras with lots f features. Hence the idea to launch the Kodak Easyshare v570, which has an ultra-wide angle lens.
Some of the features of the Kodak Easyshare v570include 32 MB inbuilt memory, SD slot to add memory, 22 screen modes and a 2.5 inch LCD screen.
The Kodak Easyshare v570 can also record movies at a rate of 30 frames per second in MPEG compression.
Features like automatc red eye reduction, on-camera cropping, picture blur alert and auto picture rotation are available on the Kodak Easyshare v570.
There is also an in-camera panorama image-stitching facility, besides an image-stabilisation technique.
The Kodak Easyshare v570 comes with a Photo Frame Dock 2 stand for connectivity and charging. The Kodak dual lens digital camera will be available worldwide from the end of this month. Price exclusive of taxes in the US is $400.
