Repro India Q3 2006 net profit at Rs 247 lakhs

MUMBAI, INDIA
Integrated Print solutions provider Repro India Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 247 lakhs for the third quarter of the current fiscal, the company
announced.
Repro said net sales for the quarter ended December 2005 stood at Rs. 2852 lakhs.
The firms profit before depreciation, interest and tax (PBDIT) for the period was Rs 619 lakhs.
Net sales for the first three quarters stood at Rs. 8199 lakhs and PBDIT at Rs. 1726 lakhs, while net profit for the period was Rs. 748 lacs. The company said earnings per share for the three quarters worked out to Rs 8.96.
Repro India had recently issued 2,620,037 (25% of the fully diluted equity capital) equity shares to the public at an offer price of Rs. 165.
Managing Director Sanjeev Vohra said the proceeds of the issue would be used for enhancement of the existing printing facility and for setting up a new print facility in the Special Economic Zone as well as setting up infrastructure for content process outsourcing and working capital.
Repro India services range from creative and designing, sourcing and procurement, printing and production, warehousing, assembly and dispatch to customer promotions.
The company has a strong presence in the exports markets in United Kingdom, United States and Africa.
