Samsung has launched its flagship mobile phone model Samsung Soul SGH-I900 in India

Samsung Telecommunications India has launched its flagship mobile phone model, the Samsung Soul SGH-U900, in India. The official launch also saw the launch of seven new mobile phones in the Samsung Guru series, multimedia phone segment and the business phone segment.

The 12.9 mm thin Samsung Soul U900 offers a very good balance of design and features. The Soul U900 is aimed at today’s style-conscious consumers, looking for a perfect blend of outstanding quality, design and performance. The new Samsung cellphone is a slim, lightweight and stylish product yet still boasting all the essential functions in one single device. The Soul has a full metal body with a premium look and feel with a natural color and hairline texture.

At the launch, Samsung also unveiled seven new, stylish, advanced mobiles in the country across the popular Guru series; multimedia (music and imaging) and the business phone segment.

With Magic Touch by DaCP, navigation indicators on the keypad of the Samsung Soul U900 phone change according to the user’s needs, making navigation of the menus simple, intuitive and direct. The Soul’s navigation panel’s icons change according to function.

The Samsung Soul U900 is equipped with a pretty high end camera that offers 5 megapixel camera. That should be enough for most quick snapshot purposes.

The Soul’s camera has features such as face detection, image stabilizer and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which are very up-to-date features even in today’s digital cameras.

Samsung Soul users can enjoy super-fast Internet access through the 7.2 Mbps High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) browser and share images or video taken with the phone. U900 users can also download songs at a faster speed compared to average 3G networks with 7.2 Mpbs HSDPA. Soul is also perfect for music listeners with features such as Music library navigation, digital power amplifier by ICEpower® technology by Bang & Olufsen ICEpower.
