Mozilla Firefox 1.5 launched

1st December,2005: Mozilla has launched its latest Internet browser Firefox 1.5, which is a revamped version of the popular Firefox browser.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 which is available as a free download from the Mozilla website, aims to follow the success of Firefox 1.0 which was released last year. Since its launch, Firefox has gained a cult following among Internet users who consider it as much slicker and secure than microsoft's Internet Explorer.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 comes with major improvements such as automatic updates and faster surfing speeds. The drag and drop tabs make the browser more user-friendly.
Firefox now claims to have over 50 million active Internet users around the globe. The new firefox comes with a keyboard shortcut that allow users to clean personal details from the browser.
Firefox 2 is launch is expected by next summer.
